This webinar was really super, in giving me new tools to help my 4 kids who had got into a habit of snacking a lot.
I realised I was repeatedly offering lots of little snacks which was an expensive long-term habit.
I also felt frustrated by the food waste at mealtimes, especially when my kids would eat very little in the evening
After watching this webinar and making some of the changes suggested, I found my kids were not looking for snacks as often.
I was pleasantly surprised that this even meant they were looking for less treats as well, including biscuits!!.
