This webinar was really super, in giving me new tools to help my 4 kids who had got into a habit of snacking a lot.
I realised I was repeatedly offering lots of little snacks which was an expensive long-term habit.
I also felt frustrated by the food waste at mealtimes, especially when my kids would eat very little in the evening

Mary, Mum of 4 kids (2-9)

After watching this webinar and making some of the changes suggested, I found my kids were not looking for snacks as often.
I was pleasantly surprised that this even meant they were looking for less treats as well, including biscuits!!.

Annie Kate, Mum of 2 girls, 5 & 7

This webinar has been truly transformational for me; especially around the times of eating, an area I've struggled with for a while now.
After watching this webinar, I’ve made a few changes including changing the time of our dinner and snacks in the afternoon and evening. I’m happy to say that after a little trial and error, both meal and snacks work much better now for the whole family. Thanks Colette
